Rick Freehan, President
Having worked for a variety of organizations including the Internal Revenue Service, US Youth Soccer, and the United States Army, Rick brings a wealth of business expertise, as well as marketing, event, and communications experience to dreams MKTG. In addition, as a private consultant for more than twenty years, Rick has assisted numerous clients with the establishment of their organizations and guided them through the development of sound business and financial practices.

Carole Freehan, Ph.D., Executive Vice President
Carole’s extensive background in the field of education is an asset for dreams MKTG, having devoted many years as a teacher and school principal in public education as well as teaching at the college level.  Carole has developed and implemented professional development programs including leadership training, created curriculum programs for various organizational groups, and worked as a consultant to several organizations.  Working with doctoral students, Carole has successfully mentored and edited many students through the completion of their dissertation.  Carole earned her PhD from Gonzaga University with a focus on leadership studies and parent participation.

Erin Freehan, Vice President
Erin brings extensive experience to dreams MKTG having served as a communications and marketing executive for industry-leading companies such as United Way, Ford Motor Company, the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena, and Washington Youth Soccer. As a senior member of the dreams MKTG team, Erin has also managed projects for a variety of high profile clients in the sports and entertainment fields, including Feld Entertainment and Whitworth University Athletics. Erin holds a BA in Advertising and Public Relations from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Megan Snow, M.A., Vice President
Prior to joining the dreams MKTG team, Megan spent the majority of her professional career coordinating events and developing marketing campaigns for non-profit organizations and retail establishments. She has worked for such companies as Porter-Novelli Public Relations, the Center for Organizational Reform, Gonzaga University’s Northwest Alliance for Responsible Media, and the Spokane Hoopfest Association. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University with a focus on effective nonprofit leadership practices and volunteer motivation/retention.
